Shipping

• All our products are handmade and personalized with care, intention, and attention to detail.

• Processing time for personalized orders is 5 to 10 business days, plus shipping time.

• Tracking is included so you can follow your order from our workshop to your doorstep.

Returns

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the order is placed.

• This applies to any candle, ritual box, or item customized according to your chosen scent, name, or design.

Refunds

• Refunds are not offered for personalized products once the order has been confirmed and processed.

  If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or an appropriate solution.
